We are working as quickly as possible to restore service to customers with VPS instances hosted on Node 14. A catastrophic RAID array failure has occurred which is making data restore a bit problematic.
We have a new node ready to go for those affected, simply request new login credentials in a support ticket and we will get you setup to restore your backups and point DNS.
