Media Solution Needed.

I know this isnt really graphic design, its more of media, but this is where it fitted best and wasnt irrelevant enough to fit in "off topic" chat.

I know a young lad who makes little clips and animations. I mean, he's just a little boy who does this for fun, kinda like a hobby.

He currently draws his frames on paint and puts them together by important everrryy frame into windows movie maker. LOL, he likes doing it but I mean, theres gotta be a more simple solution for him to do this.

I recommended that little program called "Pivot" but he says hes tried it and didnt like it much.

Any recommendations? Remember, its gotta be something he can do animations with (I attached an example of one of his movies in this post in .wma format). Also, has to be easy enough for a 13 year old to use.

He can try a program called "Tab kids". It's a kids animation program and I think that it can do the job very well. You can try the demo to see if it works for him. Other solution is the gif animation programs. If you google them you can find a lot and some are freeware.
